Complaints, suggestions and congratulations system

Complaints, suggestions and congratulations (QSP, in Spanish) are active mechanisms of citizen participation of great importance for our university.

The QSP system is our university's own program based on quality standards for public administration, quality standards in higher education, and state and regional legislation and regulations.

Its objective is to promote and facilitate that the users of the University services transmit their opinion both in the form of congratulations or complaints, whether or not their expectations have been met, as well as as a suggestion, proposing actions to improve the provision of services. This valuable information allows us to improve the internal processes that lead to the provision of public services.
