Evaluation of research activity

Below, there is information about assessment systems to progress in the research career.
 

R3 certification as established researcher

Call for assessing the careers of national and foreign researchers within a postdoctoral itinerary to access the Spanish system of science, technology, and innovation, by meeting the established European profile of established research staff (R3) to obtain the R3 certification.


PEP Programme (ANECA)

The faculty assessment programme for hiring (PEP) assesses the teaching and research activities, and academic training (curricular assessment) of applicants to obtain accreditation for access to the positions of university teaching staff as established in the LOSU law.


Academia Programme (ANECA)

The Academia Programme, through its accreditation committees, carries out the curricular assessment process for obtaining accreditation to access the university teaching positions of senior lecturer and university chair (civil service personnel).


Assessment of research and transfer activity (sexenio)

The National Assessment Commission of Research Activity (known as CNEAI) carries out the assessment of research and transfer activity of university teachers and scientific staff of public research bodies of the General State Administration, in order to recognise them with a productivity supplement (sexenio).

 

Accreditation of teaching staff by ACSUG

The assessment required for the hiring of teaching staff by Galician public universities can be carried out through the Agency for the Quality of the Galician University System (ACSUG).
